Lead by women from the Global South, Simplicity seeks to shift social norms around gender and racial equity in the countries we work in. We are driven by the belief that women from the Global South have a significant voice and contribution to make to the development conversation, from the highest levels of the value chain to the bottom of the pyramid. We are all a part of this change. We start, implement and measure impact from a deep understanding of the perspective of the people whose lives we seek to change.
Simplicity is the inspiration of 25 years of experience in social impact across different sectors. We are excited to be part of a vibrant global community of committed change practitioners.
Our collective expertise is intentionally varied, from education, to race, gender, corporate strategy, culture, communities of practice, development, film making, media, social norms, randomised controlled trials, survey and qualitative research design. We have experience working from the very local to the global monitoring and measurement of social impact.
We live in the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
We enjoy working in partnership with our donors, academics, think tanks and those who have insight into the issues we seek to understand.
Partners we have had the pleasure of working with include leading research universities (LSE, LBS, King's College, UPENN, University of Cape Town), global news leaders (BBC, ABC), international development organisations (Development Finance International, ILO, UNAIDS, UNICEF, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) and private sector companies including (AT Kearney, UK Central Government, Marks and Spencer, Orange).
