Working with organisations over the past 25 years we have noticed organisational life has fundamentally changed in the last decade. 

We notice that

• individuals are working longer hours 
• boundaries between work and play are increasingly blurred
• teams are geographically apart
• constant connectivity is the norm
• the significant LOSS of the INCIDENTAL connections and conversations
• Staff stress systems have been  HIGHJACKED
• organisational trauma and stress systems are short circuiting
• the shift has not been fully understood - there is too little data as yet to under stand the full impact
• Mental Health has become a fundamental vector of organisations
